Our Home Health Agency brings the good news of healthcare at home. People of all ages, but espically older adults, suffering from conditions such as respiratory problems, diabetes, stroke, and heart failure, may benefit from our services. Besides assisting with the treatment of the physical problems of the patient, home health nurses teach the patient and family about disease processes, wound care, medication use, home safety, and how to handle emergencies and prevent infections.     Home Supply

    Hardin Medical Center Home Supply, a service of Hardin Medical Center, provides our community with accessible health care products and an emphasis on quality of service.  A full array of medical equipment, enteral nutrition, and other medical supplies is available. Delivery service is available in most instances.

    Hardin Medical Center Home Supply offers beds, Hoyer lifts, lift chairs, bedside commodes, crutches, canes, walkers, wheelchairs, enteral feeding supplies, oxygen , braces for knees, back, ankle, wrist ,glucometers and strips.  A wide variety of diapers and pads, urinary catherization supplies,  wound and ostomy supplies are kept in stock to met most ever need.  The above items require a prescription from the patient’s physician and are covered by some insurance.  If you need any of the above items feel free to contact our knowledgeable staff to see if these items are covered by your insurance.

    We carry a wide variety of items that are convenience items that can be purchased blood pressure machines, grabbers, washable incontinence products and items that can increase the independence of individuals that have had strokes that have effected fine motor movement in hands.
