    Hardin Medical Centerl has acquired the latest in MRI Technology from GE Medical Systems. The new system was installed following our recent renovation and expansion and allows Hardin Medical Center to provide state-of-the-art imaging technology. "This new MRI system strengthens our commitment to providing the most advanced patient care with cost-effective technology, and it saves patients the time and expense of having to travel out of town for this service," says HMC CEO Charlotte Burns.

    Manufactured by GE Medical Systems, the new Signa Infinity Short Bore 1.5T features the most comprehensive clinical capabilities in the industry. It performs routine procedures such as brain and spine imaging, as well as advanced applications such as vascular imaging (MRA). It is also upgradeable, so that HMC can continue to offer the latest in diagnostic capabilities as they come available.
