Dr. Freels is a proponent of continuing education for the latest techniques and technology that allow him to stay at the top of his field to offer better care for his patients. Dr. Freels also provides general orthopedic care, including operative and non-operative fracture care, arthroscopic procedures to include shoulders and knees, carpal tunnel surgery and simple hand surgery, and treatment of workers’ comp injuries.

Dr. Freels and his wife, Vicki, will celebrate their 37th wedding anniversary this year and look forward to developing close friendships in the Savannah area. Dr. Freels was born and raised in East Tennessee. They have three adult children and enjoy traveling and spending time with their family.
