Dr. Klein is currently the Chief Medical Officer at Hardin Medical Center. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Alabama, he attended medical school at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham.

Dr. Klein successfully completed his three-year Internal Medicine internship and residency at Methodist Hospitals of Memphis, TN. He is a member of the American Society of Internal Medicine, the American Medical Director’s Association, the American Medical Association, and the TN Association of Long-Term Care Physicians. He has been in various senior leadership positions with HMC over the past 12 years.
